Four Homes, Seven Awards: A Great Fall Parade for TruMark Homes
The 2026 Kansas City Fall Parade of Homes gave us plenty to celebrate!
This fall, TruMark Homes showcased four different floor plans throughout the Parade—and each one came away with an award. Altogether, our homes received seven honors, including a Gold Pick of the Parade, two Silver Pick of the Parade awards and four Distinctive Plan & Design awards.
What makes this especially exciting for us is the variety of homes that were recognized. From ranch and 1.5-story living to spacious family-friendly designs, each plan offers something a little different while still reflecting the quality and attention to detail we strive to bring to every TruMark home.
Meet Our Fall Parade Award Winners
2616 NE Woodland Oak Drive | Kyle 1.5
The Kyle 1.5 had an exciting Parade, earning Gold for Pick of the Parade along with 2nd Place for Distinctive Plan & Design.
With its 1.5-story layout and thoughtfully planned living spaces, the Kyle 1.5 is a great example of how a floor plan can balance everyday functionality with a design that feels special.

The Woodbridge II earned 1st Place for Distinctive Plan & Design as well as Silver for Pick of the Parade.
This plan continues to be one we’re especially excited to offer, combining an inviting layout with the design details and craftsmanship that help make a new home feel anything but ordinary.

Another member of our Woodbridge collection, the Woodbridge VI, received 2nd Place for Distinctive Plan & Design and Silver for Pick of the Parade.
